Due to the customized nature of the items we sell, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless we are unable to deliver or you receive a wrong or faulty item.

In this case, please contact us - including photographic evidence - within 10 days following the reception of your order.

You will need to be able to ship the item(s) back to us within 14 days following the day of our written consent.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the items are not returned in their original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.
